We employ precautions to maintain the security of our data transmitted via computer and we encourage you to use our encryption software when you upload sensitive documents to us as well. We use the services of a document shredding company to destroy paper records no longer required. Instructions regarding client confidentiality has always been a part of our employee manual. To best provide you with our services, access to your personal information is provided to all employees. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information.
